At PFTP, we are committed to providing high-quality training and educational services. Before enrolling, we encourage all applicants to carefully review course details and requirements. Please note that once a payment is made, the following refund policy applies:

1. Non-Refundable Fee Policy

Course Enrollment Fee is Non-Refundable: Once you have submitted the enrollment fee for any PFTP course, it is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

This policy applies in the following cases:

• Course Withdrawal: If you choose to withdraw or discontinue the course after payment, no refund will be issued.
• Failure to Complete: If you fail to complete course assignments, live training sessions, or assessments, the fee remains non-refundable.
• Non-Eligibility or Disqualification: If an applicant is found ineligible or their enrollment is disqualified due to any reason, the fee will not be refunded.

2. Refund Process for Special Cases

While all enrollment fees are non-refundable, refunds may be considered in rare cases, such as:

• Refund Request Submission: Email [email protected] with complete details, including proof of payment, transaction details, and the reason for the refund request.
• Technical Issues During Payment: If you experience a system error or accidental double payment, you must contact [email protected].
• Review & Decision: Our accounts team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. Refund approval is at PFTP’s sole discretion.
• Processing Time: If a refund is approved in an exceptional case, it may take up to 14 business days for the amount to be processed and returned to the original payment method.

3. Course Transfer or Deferment

While fees are non-refundable, students may request to:

• Transfer to another course within PFTP if necessary.
• Defer their enrollment to a future batch due to unforeseen circumstances.

All transfer or deferment requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability and approval by the PFTP administration.
